An AI assistant for every outlet in your hotel

A hotel serves guests in several places, at several times, and in every language. With iAlacarte, every outlet — restaurant, bar, room service, breakfast — has its own menu, tone and QR code, all brought together on one home page.

Outlets

One menu per space, one home page for the hotel

🍽

Restaurant

Its menu, allergens and estimated nutritional values, with pairings from the hotel's wine cellar.

🍸

Bar

Wines by the glass and bottle, classic cocktails described using a verified reference, and non-alcoholic drinks.

🛍

Room service

The menu available from the room, by QR code or link, in the guest's language. No ordering.

🍳

Breakfast

A separate menu, with its own hours, dietary requirements and languages.

Languages

27 languages for international guests

The menu opens in the venue's language; guests choose theirs from 27 languages, or simply write in their own language: the assistant recognises it and switches the entire interface. See the menu in 27 languages.

Tone

One tone for every service area

The type and tone can be set for each outlet: the restaurant speaks through its maître d'hôtel in a premium tone, while the bar speaks through its bar team in a relaxed tone, without mixing voices. See Personas and tone.

Hours

Answers at any time, recommendations by service

The assistant answers 24 hours a day. What it suggests follows the services you have entered for each outlet, day by day, including a service that runs past midnight. Outside service hours, it says so and gives the reopening time. The time zone is that of the venue's address.

Management

One account, several outlets, one team

The dashboard follows your organisation: the venue brings together its outlets; each has its menu, verification, sharing options (QR code and link) and usage statistics — menu openings, conversation sessions and messages, opened item pages, filters and voice use. Managers are invited by email to the outlets within their scope.

The venue home page lists the outlets whose menu is live; each outlet also has its own QR code.

Scope

What the assistant does not do in a hotel

  • It does not take room service orders and is not connected to any POS or hotel software.
  • It does not manage reservations: it provides the outlet's phone number and refers guests to the team.
  • It does not remember guests from one stay to the next: every menu visit starts again in the venue's language.
Plans

One outlet, one venue or several

The offer that covers one venue and its outlets, and the one for hotel groups and chains, are on the pricing page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions for hotels

Can guests order room service through the assistant?
No. They browse the room service menu, ask questions in their language and note their selection; orders are placed through your usual channels.
Does every outlet have its own menu?
Yes. Each outlet has its own live menu, hours, type, tone and QR code. The venue home page brings them together.
How are late-night bar hours handled?
A service can run past midnight (for example, 7 pm to 1 am): it belongs to the day it starts, and the assistant takes this into account for its recommendations and reopening time.
Who can manage the menus?
The account owner and the managers they invite by email, each for the outlets within their scope.
