A vegetarian filter isn't a request; it's a post-processing step. A guest who "just came from a match, wants to eat light without frustrating their carnivore friend" is voicing a real need.

iAlacarte is designed to parse the situation, identify implicit constraints and match them against the menu — without asking the guest to fill out a form.

Response

Structured, cautious, actionable

For each situation, iAlacarte delivers a three-part response: a primary recommendation, one or two alternatives, and a short paragraph explaining why — grounded in the ingredients, the preparation and, where relevant, the context the guest provided.

When the health stakes are high (severe allergy, pregnancy, strict medical diet), the response explicitly directs the guest to confirm with the floor team.

The conversation flows in text or voice, in the language automatically detected from the 27 supported languages. The guest can switch mid-session; the context is preserved.

Tone tailored to the venue

A luxury hotel rarely speaks casually; a brasserie sometimes does. The AI Maître d'Hôtel honors the brand voice configured by the establishment (see Personas), without ever altering the factual content of its answers.

Safeguards

Nutritional information, never medical advice

iAlacarte provides nutritional information, estimates and suggestions based on the dietary constraints declared. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not assess medical risk.

In cases of severe allergy, pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic conditions or strict medical diets, every recommendation is systematically paired with an invitation to confirm with the floor or kitchen team.
