iAlacarte provides a Nutri-Score-style estimated nutritional rating for each dish, calculated from declared ingredients and portions. A comparison indicator, not an official certification.
A guest hesitating between three starters doesn't have time to read three nutritional tables. A concise visual indicator lets them compare in seconds.
The Nutri-Score, designed for packaged products, provides a public, recognized methodology that iAlacarte adapts to the restaurant context.
iAlacarte applies the Nutri-Score calculation logic to declared dishes: weighting negative points (energy, sugars, saturated fats, sodium) against positive points (fiber, protein, fruits and vegetables, legumes) to produce a grade from A to E.
*Based on declared dietary constraints. Guidance information, never medical advice : for chronic conditions or strict diets, please confirm with staff.
Estimated portion : ~380 g Nutritional values estimated from ingredients.

Indicative estimateNutri-Score-style estimate calculated from available data, for informational purposes. Actual values may vary depending on preparation, portions served, and product availability. This is not an official certification under the regulatory Nutri-Score.
The calculation draws on:
The score is never a raw number. The AI Maître d'Hôtel explains the why: "B, primarily thanks to steam cooking and a moderate portion of fat." Guests understand, can adjust, can compare.
The guest asks for "something light"; the AI filters A/B and explains.
The score isolates sugars; the AI suggests alternatives.
The score highlights salt; the AI recommends without overloading.
The score is cross-referenced with the protein/carb ratio.
