Frequently asked questions about pricing

How does the 15-day free trial work?

At sign-up, you enter your card details but no charge is made during the first 15 days. You get access to every feature of your chosen plan (Solo or Multi). You can cancel anytime from your billing portal: if you cancel before day 15, nothing is charged. After that, the monthly subscription starts automatically.

Is there a commitment?

Solo and Multi subscriptions are commitment-free, monthly and cancelable. Enterprise is covered by a negotiated annual contract.

Are there activation fees?

No. Menu ingestion and initial setup are included. Only custom development (integrations) is billed separately.

How is an outlet counted?

An outlet is a distinct service space: restaurant, bar, room service, breakfast. A hotel with restaurant + bar + room service counts as 3 outlets and therefore falls under the Multi plan.

Can I start on Solo and move to Multi later?

Yes. Migration is automatic, with no re-ingestion, and prorated for the current month.

Is ordering included?

The AI Maître d'Hôtel advises across every plan. The ordering module (cart, checkout, ticket) is a separate, additional option.
